Seascope Shipping Holdings plc merges with Braemar Shipbrokers Limited to form Braemar Seascope Group Plc

Braemar Seascope Group Plc acquires Seawise Australia, Shipbroking division
Seawise Australia subsequently was absorbed by its new parent to become a part of Braemar Seascope
