The Braemar Solution
The objective was to identify and discuss a mutually acceptable structure for the joint venture. Braemar’s team assisted both companies in advisory and project management roles throughout the preparation and implementation of the alliance.
Our team worked for over 18 months on the project. We managed discussions, created proposals, held workshops and eventually assisted in the implementation of the joint venture. It was crucial to involve various departments within both organisations throughout the entire process, as well as bringing in external consultants for the legal and taxation aspects.
Internal and external communication played a vital role in making this venture a success, fostering full support from all employees and helping to obtain backing from joint and future clients and business partners.
The analysis and careful definition of each process meant that complications and frustrations were kept to a minimum for both companies and that operations were able to begin in a smooth and efficient manner.
